Tools such as surveys, interviews, bibliographical analyzes and field trips were used. Through tourism diagnostic cards, the social, environmental and cultural characteristics of the area were identified, as well as a market study that allowed us to know the capacity and trends of tourists as well as their needs in the environment.In the second phase, the structural guidelines of the tourism development plan were established, an analysis of the experts' criteria was made for the structure of the sustainable management plan proposa. |

El enfoque de la investigación fue mixto y de tipo exploratorio descriptivo; se analizaron varias metodologías direccionadas con el plan de desarrollo turístico. Se realizó un diagnóstico situacional obteniendo información sobre las características y potencialidades del territorio, se evaluó la oferta y a los recursos con aptitudes para el turismo. Mencionado que el diseño metodológico consta de 3 fases las cuales se plantearon mediante el resultado del análisis del autor de la metodología ganadora, la cual Formulación de planes de desarrollo turístico en territorios rurales de América latina - IICA (2014). Además, se realiza un estudio de la demanda utilizando encuestas para conocer las necesidades y tendencias de los visitantes. Se utilizaron herramientas como fichas de observación y diagnóstico, fichas de inventario, cuestionario de encuestas y entrevistas y Matriz DAFO.
