Özet:The research aimed to optimize human talent management at Chone Vial E.P. by integrating internal control principles to improve operational efficiency and ensure the fulfillment of the company's strategic objectives. A mixed-method approach was applied, combining both qualitative and quantitative methods. The tools used included interviews and a review of internal documentation. A root cause analysis, using an Ishikawa diagram, was conducted to identify critical factors affecting human talent management. The main findings revealed that, despite efforts in recruitment and personnel development, deficiencies remain in succession planning, continuous training, and incentive systems. These limitations impact employee motivation and alignment with organizational goals. The key conclusion emphasized the need to establish an improvement plan based on continuous monitoring, development programs, and the automation of critical processes. Implementing this plan will foster internal cohesion, optimize human resources, and create a more efficient internal control framework that ensures the company’s long-term operational sustainability.
