Análisis de los costos de calidad en la elaboración de productos veterinarios caso ALBEVET.CO DE LAVETEC CÍA. LTDA.

The analysis of the quality costs in the preparation of the veterinary product Albevet-Co of the company Lavetec Cia. Ltda., Had as purpose the improvement in the quality of the organization, for it, an interview was realized to the manager of the company, who provided key information on the raw material and its origin, the production process and the control carried out on the inputs, in addition to the personnel involved, time, salary and the main problems related to the product with reference to the customer; proceeding to elaborate the process diagram. Consequently, a matrix was designed to evaluate the quality of the product, classifying them in costs of prevention, evaluation, internal and external failures, where it was possible to detect the greater interest and investment by the organization in the control of raw material, as well as the low productivity caused by the disbursement on a larger scale to what is admitted in reference to sales, in addition to the downtime and its incidence at the customer level, reflecting its cause and effect through the Ishikawa diagram. Finally, a methodological procedure was carried out for further investigations, which will contribute to the of the quality costs incurred by the company.
