Summary:The elaboration of a balanced scorecard for the improvement in the management of the cooperative "COACMES". As a first point, information related to the control variables was collected in the management of organizational behavior, based on this, a list was drawn up and the most involved were defined for the study, together with experts. Then, with the help of the balanced scorecard, the questionnaire was designed, in which questions were asked to know the degree of labor relation that their managers manage. In addition, the application of an interview to the general manager of the cooperative, to expand the context of information regarding the assignments of jobs and the level of customer satisfaction. Established the criteria to follow to obtain results, it was necessary to use the descriptive method, allowing to reflect the current control conditions in the cause-effect diagram. Finally, an improvement plan was proposed to enhance the control variables of the Organizational Behavior management.
