In this context, it is concluded that, by characterizing the operational risks, it was determined that, at the level of logistical systems, more specifically in the warehouse, there are cracks in the structure of the floors, walls, doors and curtains of the chambers, and they are in good condition. condition, but they need maintenance. For this purpose, the risk matrix was implemented where the results indicated that there is operational risk at the level of external fraud, more specifically, in aspects related to the theft of money or fixed assets, forgery, abuse of trust and disclosure of the company information. The results were also linked to failures in electrical power systems, refrigeration equipment, IT equipment, IT and communications systems. Finally, improvement actions were defined based on the operational risks detected through the 5W+2H matrix, which revolve around socializing institutional values policies. |

El objetivo planteado fue diagnosticar la situación actual del sistema logístico para la determinación de los riesgos operativos de esta empresa. Para tal efecto, la investigación tuvo enfoque cualitativo, la metodología utilizada fue analítica, sintética, inductiva, deductiva y el método Delphi para la evaluación de expertos. La investigación permitió la detección de diversos riesgos operativos de esta empresa relacionados con fraude externo, falla de sistemas, ejecución entregas y gestión de procesos. En este contexto, se concluye que, al caracterizar los riesgos operativos se pudo determinar que, a nivel de sistemas logísticos, más específicamente en la bodega existen grietas en la estructura de los pisos, paredes, puertas y cortinas de las cámaras se encuentran en buen estado, pero necesitan mantenimiento. Para tal efecto, se implementó la matriz de riesgos en donde los resultados señalaron que existe riesgo operativo a nivel de fraude externo, más específicamente, en aspectos relacionados con el robo de dinero o activos fijos, falsificación, abuso de confianza y divulgación de información de la empresa. Los resultados también estuvieron vinculados a fallas en los sistemas de energía eléctrica, equipos de refrigeración, equipos de informática, sistemas de informática y comunicaciones.
