| description | The purpose of this research work was to design actions to improve the follow-up processes to graduates and pre-professional practice of the different careers at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, for its achievement, the times were analyzed in the development of the tasks involved in the procedure, optimizing the quality and efficiency on the part of those responsible, giving the respective compliance to the institutional objectives through proposals that contribute to its effectiveness. In order to comply with what was proposed, tools such as the interview and the observation file were used, as well as the support in scientific journals, regulations and direct observation, the methods that were applied for the methodological development were; analytical, inductive and descriptive. The collected information provided what was necessary to evaluate the execution of the procedure when identifying the times and delays in the tasks in charge of the teacher, the flow charts provided a clearer vision of the activities to be developed, with the times in execution, and the description of the activities, thus achieving the optimization of resources. |

The collected information provided what was necessary to evaluate the execution of the procedure when identifying the times and delays in the tasks in charge of the teacher, the flow charts provided a clearer vision of the activities to be developed, with the times in execution, and the description of the activities, thus achieving the optimization of resources.La finalidad de este trabajo de investigación consistió en diseñar acciones de mejoras a los procesos de seguimiento a graduados y práctica pre-profesionales de las diferentes carreras de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, para el logro del mismo se analizaron los tiempos en el desarrollo de las tareas implicadas en el procedimiento, optimizando la calidad y eficiencia por parte de los responsables, dando el respectivo cumplimiento a los objetivos institucionales a través de propuestas que contribuyan a la eficacia del mismo. Para cumplir con lo planteado se utilizaron herramientas como la entrevista y la ficha de observación, así como el apoyo en revistas científicas, reglamentos y la observación directa, los métodos que se aplicaron para el desarrollo metodológico fueron; analítico, inductivo y descriptivo.
