A bibliographical, descriptive and field research was used, then the analytical, deductive, accounting, Delphi and Kendal methods were incorporated, which helped in the validation of the interview and survey instruments, where the Likert scale was used in a range from 1 to 5. The investigation was carried out in 3 phases; the first referred to determining the level of compliance with the economic, social and environmental dimensions, then measuring the impact of CSR on the economic situation and finally proposing an action plan for the prosperity of the hotel. Through the establishment of the phases, the results showed that the hotel complies with the social and tax security of the current regulations that have been raised. It was verified with the financial tools that Corporate Social Responsibility contributes economically in the reduction of costs and expenses; on the other hand, an action plan was proposed with the help of the 5w + 2h matrix to improve these problems that may affect the establishment, in such a way that improvements are proposed in the shortcomings found and contribute to sustainable development in the hotel company. |
