Summary:This thesis research aimed to provide a clean source of energy for the recharge of mobile devices by means of a solar charger in the roundabout of the environmental career of ESPAM "MFL". The work applied the non-experimental qualitative method with the application of surveys to 81 students chosen at random for the diagnosis of the energy demand; and the compilation of bibliographical information to determine the procedures and materials necessary for the installation of an efficient system of photovoltaic energy utilization. Students have 2 digital devices per individual, these devices require an average of 2 hours per day for recharging, a demand that is not satisfied by the outlets available in the facilities. This demand is covered by the installation of three 50P model solar panels placed with a slope of 45 ° with respect to the horizontal, knowing that the installation area receives an annual averaged insolation incident of 4070 Wh/m2/day. The installation can supply 8 equipment at a time and during the noon (12H00 to 14H00) the shorter load time in the devices takes place. During a week of observation, the roundabout was visited by 150 students, being the morning the moment where they are most directed to carry out the loading of their equipment.
