Propuesta de mejora a los procesos de seguimiento a graduados y prácticas pre-profesionales de la ESPAM MFL.

The objective of this research was to propose improvements to the follow-up processes for graduates and pre-professional practices of the ESPAM MFL, with the aim of finding find guidelines to improve their quality and the performance of each of the actors involved, for which scientific research tools such as interview, observation, value added analysis, which together with the application of process sheets allowed methodological development of the research, the methods that were applied and fulfilled to the phases of the research were the inductive and deductive. The information obtained provided the necessary inputs to evaluate the processes and identify critical points with activities that do not add value and in which improvements can be made, achieving this way the main objective is to propose improvements to the follow-up processes to graduates and pre-professional practices, as well as contributing to the institutional standardization of the processes under study.
