Diseño de una hostería ecológica en el sitio La Isla - parroquia Quiroga - cantón Bolívar

This paper entitled ecological design of a lodge in the island site – parroquia Quiroga - canton Bolivar, and was developed by Jose Javier Vera Vera, which has as main objective to contribute to tourism development in the area, so that take a design consideration for the use of materials in the environment, to minimize the level of environmental impact. Another inclusion in this paper is to provide sources of employment and community integration through the selection of personnel to work in the hospitality center. For this research work we applied the following methodology: qualitative, descriptive research, field research, bibliographic research - documentary, Scientific Method, purposeful, Statistical, and also the application of techniques of interviews, surveys, which allowed them to determine and identify all points raised in the object of study, so as to obtain results conclusively that in this document are presented and detailed, which are described as follows: Situational diagnosis area (Site the Island), market research (supply, demand and competition for future business), technical design of the project (infrastructure), economic viability (financial study of the investment)
