Prototyping methodology was used for fast development System, together with the inductive -deductive methods, including the same techniques that allowed collecting information, to identify needs and find solutions. After the implementation of the system, time quiz demonstrated the optimization the sales processes and technical services by 76%, allowing greater ease when executing business processes of the organization. |

El lenguaje de programación utilizado para el desarrollo del software fue Visual Basic 2010, mediante el entorno de desarrollo integrado de Microsoft Visual Studio en su versión .NET y conjuntamente con la programación orientada a objetos, como gestor de base de datos se utilizó SQL Server 2008R2, cuya función principal es almacenar y recuperar datos según lo solicitado por las aplicaciones de software. Para el desarrollo ágil del sistema se empleó la metodología de Prototipado, conjuntamente con los métodos inductivo-deductivo, los mismos que incluyen técnicas que permitieron recolectar información, para identificar las necesidades y trazar soluciones a las mismas.
