Sumari:The main objective of this research was to diagnose the organizational climate for the administrative area of ESPAM MFL in the period 2020. To achieve this, the inductive, deductive and synthetic analytical method was used, helping to provide guidance for the development of the investigation. In addition, the application of techniques that allowed the extraction of timely information such as observation, interview and survey, contributed to compiling updated information, obtaining truthful results and supporting the investigation. It was concluded that the correct development of each one of the objectives of the investigation, allowed to know which were the factors that directly influenced how they are; lack of communication, lack of trust and little participation of public servants, likewise, it was evidenced in the studied area that there were shortcomings that did not allow the normal progress of the servants in the functions and administrative activities of the departments. Therefore, an improvement plan was proposed, directed to the respective authorities of the ESPAM MFL, providing them with strategies to strengthen the variables detected with the intention that they would execute the proposals that were presented in order to achieve a good organizational climate, favoring improvement of the public service provided by the administrative area of the institution.
