Evaluación de la gestión administrativa del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural Quiroga y su impacto social en la comunidad periodo 2012 – 2014.

The mission of the Autonomous Government Decentralized Parroquial Quiroga is to serve the public through projects that have a positive impact on the social and economic development of the town. Management must be constantly evaluated not only by the state but also for citizenship that is part of the sovereign power and permanent actor in the life of the state. The focus of the research is to evaluate the administration of the Autonomous Government Decentralized Rural Parrroquial Quiroga and its social impact for the period 2012-2014. An interview was used as tools the president of the parroquial council to know the current situation and have a perspective on administrative management, Also a survey sample of research was used to know their perception and degree of satisfaction on the administration of the parroquial council and the impact that it has had on each of the communities; and an analysis of budget execution of the study period. The merger of these tools allowed us to know the following: Programs which have the highest priority need other sources of funding because the assigned can not cover the many priority areas, the parroquia Gad of Quiroga does not apply participatory and equitable administration because five of the thirteen communities demand greater attention, work and participation of this entity and budget execution has been excellent because it fits the National Development Plan, year-to-year revenues increase and it is used towards townspeople.
