Tilføj Tag | Summary: | The objective of this research was to diagnose the occupational risks of the personnel working in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the Dr. Napoleón Dávila Córdova Hospital of the Chone canton. The methodologies applied were the analytical, deductive and inductive scientific method, this led to the use of techniques such as the survey, the interview and the observation, as well as the pertinent and relevant scientific information to achieve the proposed objectives. Diagnosis that allowed to identify the risks of greater occurrence that occur in the studied area such as ergonomic, chemical and biological risks. In the field study, compliance with health and safety regulations was observed prior to entering the ICU area; among which you could point out thorough hand washing, the use of bio-protection equipment, among others. Based on the results found, an improvement plan was drawn up that will help mitigate the risks identified. |
