Research results show 82% acceptance (18340 lb / month as total demand). We determined the consumer profile, comparing an existing product in the market, and this is an innovative product. The technical study determined that the optimal size of the processing plant is 321.50 m2 and the production quantity was determined that the plant will feature: 5 workers, a secretary, a technical production chief and it will be located in the Chone Canton. The financial study revealed an NPV of $ 22.409,24 and an IRR of 22.04%, this indicates that the project is viable, even according to the projections, the proposed agribusiness can be financed by the National Financial Corporation with 67% of capital and 33% by the authors. The Leopold matrix presented 25 positive environmental impacts and 14 negative impacts. Finally we conclude that this company is feasible to implement it considering the positive results during the development of the proposal. |

Finally we conclude that this company is feasible to implement it considering the positive results during the development of the proposal.El presente trabajo de factibilidad para la creación de una planta procesadora y comercializadora de pasta de aguacate (Persea americana) en el Cantón Chone; tuvo como objetivo determinar la viabilidad para la realización del proyecto, a través de los estudios de mercado, técnico, financiero y ambiental; el producto seleccionado para la instalación de la planta fue la pasta de aguacate, el producto tendrá una presentación en fundas resistentes alta densidad. Los resultados de la investigación presentan una aceptación del 82% (18340 lb/mes como demanda total). Se determinó el perfil del consumidor, comparando un producto existente en el mercado, siendo éste un producto innovador. En el estudio técnico, se pudo determinar el tamaño óptimo de la planta de proceso que es 321,50 m2 y por la cantidad de producción se determinó que la planta contará con: 5 operarios, una secretaria, un jefe de producción y un técnico, la misma estará ubicada en el cantón Chone. El estudio financiero reveló un VAN de $22.409,24 y un TIR de 22.04%, esto indica que el proyecto es viable, incluso de acuerdo a las proyecciones, la propuesta agroindustrial puede ser financiada por la Corporación Financiera Nacional en un 67% y un 33% por los autores. La matriz de Leopold presentó 25 impactos ambientales positivos y 14 impactos negativos.
