Which obtained as general objective to carry out an intervention program of security and occupational health for the management of the labor risks that affect the health and the productive yield of the Cooperative, for the accomplishment of this report was required of the bibliographical investigation, which provides safe information of Web sites, The descriptive research provided us with details about the characteristics of the population we are studying, as well as getting to know the work processes that are carried out within the institution mentioned above. We also applied the field research which gave us results about the current state of the institution to be investigated and at the same time to be able to give specific solutions to all the inconveniences or problems that arise, To obtain the necessary information, methods such as the interview were used, which was carried out by the authors of the project and the head of human talent in order to obtain information about the Cooperative and its work environment ,another method was the use of the Excel program, this program facilitated the authors the mathematical calculations and the tabulation of the results obtained through the survey, The observation guide, interview guide, among others, helped us to interpret the results, then each of the activities to be carried out for each specific objective set out was specified or detailed so that the object of study is carried out in an orderly manner. It is important to emphasize that occupational safety and health are key points for both employees and the institution because they are intended to provide comfort, efficiency and productivity. |
