The data were analyzed by analysis of variance, using the 5% Tukey test with the InfoStat statistical package. In the evaluation of the variables, significant differences were found (p<0.05) in leg pigmentation, while no statistical differences were found in the beak and breast (p>0.05). On the other hand, regarding the productive variables, T1 obtained the highest final weight (3.36 Kg) and weight gain (3.31 Kg), presenting no significant differences between treatments (p>0.05). The feed consumption (6.11 kg) and feed conversion (1.94 kg) showed that the best treatment is T1, showing that there are no significant differences (p>0.05) in the feed conversion variable, while, in the feed consumption food there are significant differences (p<0.05). Regarding the cost-benefit relationship, it was found that T2 is the treatment that presents the best profitability (1.25). It is concluded that the addition of 2% molasses in drinking water presents greater breast pigmentation. |

Esta investigación se desarrolló bajo un diseño experimental completamente al azar (DCA), con 3 tratamientos T0: Tratamiento control; T1: 2% y T2: de melaza de caña de azúcar, con 6 repeticiones por tratamiento. Los datos fueron analizados mediante un análisis de varianza, utilizando la prueba de Tukey al 5% con el paquete estadístico InfoStat. En la evaluación de las variables, se encontraron diferencias significativas (p<0,05), en la pigmentación de patas, mientras que, en pico y pechuga no se encontró diferencias estadísticas (p>0.05). Por otra parte, las variables productivas el T1 obtuvo el mayor peso final (3.36 Kg) y ganancia de peso (3.31 kg), no presentando diferencias significativas entre tratamientos (p>0.05). El consumo de alimento (6.11 kg) y conversión alimenticia (1.94 kg) se obtuvo que el mejor tratamiento es el T1, presentando que no existen diferencias significativas (p>0.05) en la variable de conversión alimenticia, mientras que, en el consumo de alimento existen diferencias significativas (p<0.05). En cuanto a la relación costo beneficio se obtuvo que el T2 es el tratamiento que presenta la mejor rentabilidad (1,25). Se concluye que la adición de 2% de melaza en agua de bebida presenta mayor pigmentación de pechuga.
