Estudio de la demanda laboral de los profesionales egresados de la carrera de Administración Pública de la Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López en el periodo 2017-2018.

The research was carried out with the purpose of diagnosing the working reality of professionals graduated from the Public Administration career in the period 2017-2018. Methods were applied, such as the inductive and deductive method which helped to know the reality of the facts and to analyze them, in this way techniques such as surveys and interviews were applied which allowed to know the labor reality of the professionals graduated from the Public Administration career at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López, likewise the acceptance that the professional profile of the career has by the employers, where it was known that they have good acceptance in both the public and private sectors, however the percentage of professionals who have not yet managed to insert themselves into the workplace is manifested due to certain requirements demanded by employers, such as work experience, due to this difficulty and the results, a new competency profile was created for the public administrator and a improvement plan which aims to increase the insertion Labor union in public sector institutions for professionals graduated from the Public Administration career at Escuela Superior Politécnica Agropecuaria de Manabí Manuel Félix López.
