Sumari:The fundamental objective of the research was to know the performance of the Organizational Behavior variables in companies marketing dairy products in Manabí province that included improvement plans, that is, to verify that the application of the improvement mechanisms contribute with favorable results to the productive growth of organizations. To do this, in the first phase of the research an interview was conducted with the managers of the companies by using a questionnaire stating that there were shortcomings in the organizational system, then through the observation technique was able to review compliance with the actions that they established the improvement plans, verifying that some activities did not comply with what was established. In this way, in the second phase the variables that had been evaluated in their time were identified and to base their characteristics, the bibliographic research was applied allowing the conceptualization of the 11 identified variables, the instruments of evaluation of the results were carefully reviewed considering the reconstruction of the questionnaires of questions to carry out the survey, which was applied to the employees of the companies according to the variables under study. To conclude the investigation, the third phase was carried out by tabulating and analyzing the results of the survey, noting that 95% of the variables perform well when implementing an improvement plan, verifying the dynamics of performance over time to formulate measures of action to 5% of variables that presented insufficiencies.
