总结:The present investigation was carried out with the objective of determining the incidence of internal communication of the administrative areas of ESPAM "M.F.L" for organizational development. In this way, scientific and legal theories were established that provided a theoretical basis for research, as well as scientific methods such as inductive, deductive and analytical that allowed the efficient development of activities where the current internal communication process was analyzed in each one. of the administrative areas of the institution through an interview that revealed a perception of the director of each administrative area regarding the internal communication processes in order to determine if the established standards are met within the work environment; Subsequently, the factors of internal communication that affect the organizational development of the administrative areas of the ESPAM MFL were identified, where an observation and survey form was used to identify the factors that affect internal communication and identify the factors that intervene in the organizational development of the administrative areas studied. Finally, with the results obtained, the following weaknesses were obtained: Contradictory internal information, ignorance of the management of the internal communication process, Internet connection problems, opposition from labor sectors and power groups within the organization, disinformation in the issue of processes and job stability and a weak institutional identity. Thus, we proceeded to determine a proposal for improvement that contributes to strengthening organizational development.
