The main objective of this research was to establish administrative and accounting system for chopped yucca commercialization and establish the beneficial cost. The achievement was the designing of the blueprint for the administration of the MSMES. The surveys conducted resulted in 100%. The example does not have any kind of system or administrative module. However, the need of an accounting administrative system was also 100%. This also shows that the existence of these exporting companies surpasses the ten years mark, province compared to the existence of exporting firms with over 20 years in this business. From the economic point the marketing of yucca for both entrepreneurs and exporters in profitable and sustainable. |

From the economic point the marketing of yucca for both entrepreneurs and exporters in profitable and sustainable.La presente investigación se la realizo entre los meses de octubre del 2011 a marzo 2012, en el cantón Bolívar y aplicado también en los cantones (Tosagua, Junín, Chone,) con la finalidad de diseñar un modelo administrativo para la comercialización de yuca troceada en las mipymes. Se tomó como referencia a Henry Fayol para proponer el Modelo Básico Administrativo para la comercialización de yuca troceada en las mipymes. El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue el de, determinar un sistema administrativo y contable para la comercialización de la yuca troceada y establecer el costo beneficio. Se logró diseñar el Modelo Básico para la Administración de las Mipymes. En cuanto a las encuestas realizadas a los microempresarios dieron como resultado que el 100 % de la muestra utilizada no cuentan con ningún tipo de sistema o modelo administrativo. Sin embargo la necesidad de un sistema contable administrativo también fue de un 100%. También se obtuvo como resultados de que la existencia de estas microempresas no superan los diez años por lo que se establece que son relativamente jóvenes en nuestra provincia comparadas con la existencia de las empresas exportadoras que superan los 20 años en esta actividad.
