Therefore, the action plan proposal is based on the reality of the company in order to generate competitive advantages that allow productive and operational development based on biosafety, customer orientation, teamwork, communication, innovation and Preservation of the environment, in this way, generate a competitive advantage in the poultry sector. |

Therefore, the action plan proposal is based on the reality of the company in order to generate competitive advantages that allow productive and operational development based on biosafety, customer orientation, teamwork, communication, innovation and Preservation of the environment, in this way, generate a competitive advantage in the poultry sector.La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar las competencias organizacionales de la Avícola “FÉNIX” para la contribución de la ventaja competitiva, por ende, se plantean tres fases que direccionan el procedimiento: la primera es la caracterización de la Avícola “FENIX”, donde se manifestó la realización de la entrevista para la obtención de datos relevantes y proceder al registro correspondiente, de esa manera, conocer e interpretar los aspectos generales de la organización, la segunda fase consistió en definir las competencias, la cual, se direccionó en la aplicación del método experto mismo que consideró el criterio de un grupo de personas basado en el conocimiento sobre sistemas de gestión, con la finalidad de conocer las competencias organizacionales y evaluarlas por medio de la técnica Kendall y el análisis estadístico referente a su aplicación dentro de la empresa, la tercera fase se enfocó en un plan de acción para la contribución de la ventaja competitiva, es decir, identificar las causas y efectos en relación a las competencias para mejorar el sistema de gestión estipulados por la orientación a la calidad, reducción del nivel bio seguridad de la granja avícola y el mínimo nivel de preservación del medio ambiente de acuerdo al plan de acción mediante la técnica 5W+2H, así fortalecer y estipular medidas de corrección ante las deficiencias de las competencias organizacionales.
