| Shrnutí: | This research developed a proposal to improve the evaluation performance system of the Sucre canton municipal, which was designed by using research methods such as the descriptive method, the same that help detailing the characteristics or features of the situation or object of study, where the current situation presents the institution described, the literature method was implemented in order to gather the necessary information to substantiate the conceptual theory of the technical performance evaluation, phenomenon is made by finding scientific articles, books and official documentation techniques were performed as interview and survey for the collection of information, in order to meet the assessment of the employees, as the system of evaluation of the current performance in the institution, having applied all the methods and research techniques proceeded to improve the performance evaluation based on suggestions received as well as the interview and surveys, for the design of this matrix a table was made in Excel, the same that includes the name of the office, the manager, the main activity, the activities undertaken, evaluation indicators, and how often they perform each activity goals as their frequencies, percentage of goals met and compliance resulting from a rule of three and last observations in order to provide a quality assessment . |
