סיכום:This study investigated the potential nematicida effect of the bio-stimulant BrugNem in banana seedlings as part of an environmental and social responsibility strategy. In the first phase, the effects of BrugNem on the suppression of phytoparasitic nematodes were evaluated, with treatment T1 (2.5 cc/plant of BrugNem) standing out, showing a significant reduction in the population of Radopholus, Helicotylenchus, Pratylenchus, and Meloidogyne), supported by ANOVA DCA statistical analysis and Tukey's test. In the second phase, the chemical and biological properties of the soil were examined, observing improvements in most parameters, including a higher concentration of phosphorus in treatment T3 (7.5 cc/plant of BrugNem), which, similar to the dose of the commercial agrochemical, achieved the best results in phosphorus concentrations within the NPK analyses. In Phase III, phytosanitary alternatives were shared with banana producers from the "Los Casados" site in January 2024, promoting the use of BrugNem as an environmentally and socially responsible practice, based on the results obtained; this phase highlighted its agricultural, environmental, and social benefits, encouraging more sustainable agricultural practices. BrugNem proved to be effective in controlling phytoparasitic nematodes in banana seedlings, matching and surpassing the effect of an agrochemical with nematicidal properties. Additionally, it positively influenced the soil's chemical properties.
