总结:The purpose of this titling work was to make a diagnosis of the Agro-productive Family Companies of the Bolívar, Chone and Junín cantons, the sample was determined using stratified random sampling with proportional affixation, its strata were constituted by the agro-productive companies of the mentioned cantons; which were randomly selected, from the database provided by the Internal Revenue Service (SRI) with the economic activity related to the agricultural sector, a maximum permissible margin of error of 10% was used, with 90% level of confidence. The information was obtained from the application of a questionnaire addressed to 90 companies. The instrument was validated through the expert evaluation method, in addition, reliability was carried out by means of a pilot test to 10 representatives of family businesses, to define if the instrument proposed is in accordance with the interpretation capacity of the aforementioned actors. The tabulation of the information was done through the SPSS program to obtain the corresponding graphs. The results obtained showed that the majority of the companies (92.2%) are not managed with norms, regulations or statutes duly established and that they do not have a family protocol that sets out the guidelines to be followed in the development of daily and future activities of the same, Therefore, in compliance with one of the objectives of this research, a family protocol model was provided that serves as a basis for establishing the operating policies; it was also found that the most relevant areas of activity are livestock (44.40%) and agriculture (23.3%) and that 100% of the representatives want the company to continue being familiar.
