Résumé:The present work shows the development for implementing the agrotourism farm "La Yaya" to contribute to the promotion of rural tourism in Bolívar Canton. Through a marketing study, the tourist situation was diagnosed, identifying the most relevant aspects, such as the canton's enterprises and cultural and natural resources. In addition, an analysis of offer and demand was carried out through surveys and interviews, which determined an acceptable degree of tourists who like agrotourism destinations. The offer of enterprises is still low compared to other similar destinations. Regarding the study of the business, the areas where leisure and recreation activities will be carried out, as well as food and beverage services, were defined. Materials from the area were used, and plans and technological equipment were made to design the infrastructure. In the administration and planning, legal aspects such as establishing the business were analyzed, determining the administrative and functional process of the agrotourism farm. The environmental impact study was carried out, identifying negative and positive impacts and their possible mitigation guidelines through the Leopold matrix. The financial framework was structured through the investment plan. An estimate of sales, costs, expenses, and operating capital with a projected cash flow for five years, which determined the financial feasibility resulting in an TIR of 18% and VAN of USD 20,062.86, for the planning, and development of the Rural Tourism Farm "La Yaya."
