Shrnutí:The objective of the work was to verify the efficiency of several amendments applied to the soil on the development and yield of the peanut crop, the same that was developed between August 2017 and December 2017 in the polytechnic campus of ESPAM "MFL". The trial was established with a randomized complete block design (DBCA), with eleven treatments and three repetitions, with a total of 33 experimental units. Each experimental unit was 14.4 m2, where four rows were established with each other. The INIAP 382-Caramelo variety was used for the experiment. The treatments were Trapped (T1), Dolomina (T2), Humiful (T3), Mashi (T4), Reí (T5), Silic (T6), Waira (7), Yesolina (T8), Rocalina (T9), Chemical control (T10) and Absolute witness (T11). The results obtained indicated that the best treatments in relation to production was the (T10) conventional fertilization with a yield of 2829.67 Kg ha-1, followed by the (T6) Silic amendment with a yield of 2550.67 Kg ha-1 , (T4) 2369.33 Kg ha-1, (T9) 2260.33 Kg ha-1, (T3) Humifull amendment with a yield of 2220.00 Kg ha-1, (T2) Dolomina amendment with yield of 2157, 33 Kg ha-1, (T1) amendment Catchper with a yield of 2132.33 Kg ha-1, (T5) amendment Rei with a yield of 2097.67 Kg ha-1, (T11) Absolute control with a yield of 2061 , 67 Kg ha-1, (T8) Yesolina amendment with a yield of 2060.33 Kg ha-1, and finally the (T7) amendment Wayra with a yield of 1952.67 Kg ha-1. The Silis amendment in the Grains / Plant Variable showed a similar behavior with the conventional fertilization, by which this indicates that there was a positive effect among the amendments applied to the soil.
