Evaluación del subcentro de salud José María Huerta de la parroquia Quiroga para la mejora de su gestión administrativa

The main objetive of the investigation was to evaluate the José María Huerta health sub-center at Quiroga parish to improve administrative management. For this, an interview was conducted with the Director in charge of the institution, to know what processes woult be carried out within the establishment in the same way the observation technique was made which allowed to see facts and realities according to the activities carried out by the servers, it should be noted that within the research were embedded methods such as inductive, deductive and analytical which contributed to meet the planned activities of exploration. Through field research it was posible to go the research site and apply the Eval 01 instrument, a form that allowed evaluating the performance of the officials, resulting in the lack of personnel in the área of statistics, lack of knowledge on the part of the the personnel at the time of scheduling an appointment and medical reference, as well as thee lack of channels of suggestions-complaints in the establishment. Based on the aforementioned, an improvement plan is proposed where strategies and activities are established to provide posible solutions to the institution and thus improve administrative management in the José María Huerta subcenter at Quiroga parish.
