Methodological procedure was developed which were structured in stages, activities and methods used in the study, for which we proceeded to the collection of bibliographic, methodological development was developed based on the format of the National Secretariat Plans Development (SENPLADES), we collected basic information about the site, surveys were conducted to determine the supply and demand analysis, we identified beneficiaries were structured objectives, performance indicators and logical framework was developed, the plans were designed with the help of civil engineers, was drafted economic and financial road and finally the conclusions and recommendations therein. |
