Gestión administrativa y su incidencia en el rendimiento económico, de la asociación de productores agrícolas “LA MONTAÑITA” del cantón Junín

Administrative management is a fundamental part of achieving the correct functioning of institutions. The objective of this study is to evaluate the administrative management in the association of agricultural producers “La Montañita” in Junín canton, to determine its impact on economic performance. The applied methodology consists of a field and descriptive study developed through three specific objectives: diagnose administrative management, evaluate economic performance and propose an action plan to improve both aspects. The financial analysis reveals multiple shortcomings in the association, such as insufficient liquidity, high debt, low profit margins and inconsistent financial growth. These deficiencies can be attributed to a lack of evaluation and monitoring, as well as communication and strategic planning problems. To address deficiencies, an action plan is proposed that includes the implementation of periodic evaluations, establishment of standards and procedures, improvement of communication with partners and training in the interpretation of financial indicators. In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of effective administrative management for the economic success of the Association of Agricultural Producers "La Montañita". The implementation of the proposed action plan can contribute significantly to overcoming the identified shortcomings and achieving more efficient management and sustainable economic performance.
