总结: | The objective of this research was to evaluate citizen satisfaction in relation to the service provided by the Social Development Directorate of the Decentralized Autonomous Government in El Carmen Canton for the improvement of user service. In the process, field and bibliographic research was used, in the same way the methods that served to develop the study were quantitative, inductive and deductive, while the information gathering techniques that were used are the interview that was made to the director of the Directorate of Social Development of the Decentralized Autonomous Government in El Carmen Canton and the survey was applied to the public servants who work in the institution. Therefore, among the main results, it was highlighted that 122 of the people surveyed indicated that they regularly receive a quality service, likewise, 187 servers mentioned that the services offered by this address regularly meet their expectations. In this way, it is concluded that public services are an aspect of the utmost importance for the well-being of the citizens in El Carmen canton, therefore, the Social Development Directorate of the GAD of this canton is concerned with constantly improving its care and processes. carried out, however, users on several occasions indicate that there are shortcomings that intervene in their satisfaction. |
