Tóm tắt: | In the present work, the physicochemical characterization of three Musa AAB Simmonds banana genotypes was developed, in the pre-harvest and post-harvest stages. The variables analyzed were: relative fruit growth rate, daily growth rate in length and diameter, daily growth rate in dry weight of fruit, fruit ripening time at commercial ambient temperatures, fruit firmness and Brix degrees at maturation. The research was carried out, between the months of June and August 2020, establishing a Completely Random Design (DCA) with three treatments, 10 repetitions and 30 experimental units marked at the time of the appearance of the acorn (pre-harvest, week 0) and bunches harvested (week 10). The results indicate that the Barraganete genotype presents divergence within the pre-harvest in relation to dry weight, daily growth and degrees of maturation, the opposite of Dominico and Dominico-Hartón is that they do not present divergence in the previous variables. Regarding the post-harvest, the maturation obtained in the shortest time was the Barraganete, reaching Grade 6 before 30 days; in terms of firmness, the Dominico-Hartón presented greater stability. Regarding the Brix degrees, the Dominico obtained the lowest values until reaching Grade 6 of maturation (value without significant difference). It is concluded that the genotype with the greatest variation and daily growth in diameter is the Barraganete; in turn, the Dominico-Hartón genotype reaches a higher growth, being an indistinct behavior for the three genotypes. Each genotype presented different characteristics of physicochemical behavior in the postharvest stage, they also presented similarity in certain time periods in the parameters of fruit firmness and Brix degrees. |
