Add Tag | Summary: | The business environment has determined men as its main asset or raw material in the world of competitiveness since it is the engine that makes possible to carried out functions effectively and efficiently; for this reason, this research is based on diagnosing the risk factors of the physical load on the workers in the U.D.V.I. of the ESPAM-MFL; in order to provide or ensure the individual quality of life and not threaten occupational health a proposal as an improvement plan which identified the main actions to be followed in order to prevent situations of risk that threaten to labor welfare is presented. The development of the investigative process included evaluation of the main activities that ran within the U.D.V.I. of the livestock career based on ergonomic tools like map of the body and ergonomic valuation methods as the REBA and NIOSH, which made it easier for contribution of the proposal of a plan to prevent risks that can harm the health; risks or flaws were detected through photographs and videos, i.e. the direct contact with the object of study, previously analyzed using videos of body movements. The results of the investigation helped identify incorrect postures by individuals causing the presence of discomfort in the occupational health of workers. |
