总结:The research main objective was to evaluate the performance of the variables of organizational behavior at the individual level in the marketing of dairy DIPOR S.A Chone Canton. To solve the main objective a previously established procedure consists of six phases involving the four specific objectives set; the first target corresponding to the identification of the variables the Delphi method for the selection of the expert panel and the method of weighting factors for obtaining the variables studied was applied; the second objective assessment tool was designed by the bibliographic search according to the selected by experts who were motivation and training variables. The third objective was the implementation of the evaluation instrument reflecting the shortcomings noted in the indicators, impulses and incentives corresponding to the variable of motivation and the development of skills and attitudes regarding training. Which reflected an average level according to established ranges for evaluation. The ultimate fulfillment of the objective identified negative or deficiencies related to the behavior of the variables analyzed and from this deployed an improvement plan that aimed to help raise the level of performance of Organizational Behavior trading DIPOR SA aspects, the context studied.
