Incidencia del comportamiento de los usuarios en la percepción de la calidad del entorno en Biblioteca ESPAM MFL

The main objective of this research was to evaluate the incidence of user behavior in the perception of the quality of the environment at the ESPAM MFL library. Theoretical methods (analytical, deductive) and empirical methods were used, with observation, survey, interview and statistical techniques that in turn needed tools such as the questionnaire, observation guide and manual of good environmental practices. In addition, the type and number of users who visit the library were identified, an interview was also conducted with Ing. Ana Silvia Santos, where it was found that there is no adequate environmental management, then through the results of the survey, the main environmental problems (noise, air pollution, poor waste management, garbage burning and lack of environmental education), according to the perception of the users of this institution. These results allowed the construction of the proposal of good environmental practices that aims to involve users in the care and protection of the environment from the disclosure of environmental management activities included in the manual and are the following: management of waste, energy use, water use, paper use, noise, green areas. It is concluded that the proposal will help all users to have greater knowledge, control and improvement in the management of processes.
