總結:The purpose of this research is to design an entrepreneurial model with the purpose of contributing to the development of community tourism in the areas affected by the earthquake on the coast of Manabí. The type of research adopted was mixed based on a descriptive and analytical approach, in which four objectives were raised. The first one was directed to the situational diagnosis, for this a general characterization of the territory was made through the use of a characterization sheet, followed by the analysis of the regulations and laws that govern the development of tourism ventures, in addition it was possible to identify the main factors that affect tourism entrepreneurship in the area, through the application of interviews. The second objective focused on a market study for the analysis of supply, demand and competition through the application of surveys and interviews. In the third stage, a strategic analysis was carried out using the SWOT matrix. The fourth phase corresponded to the design of the community tourism entrepreneurship model, through bibliographic research and document review. Finally, it was possible to design a model that consists of 4 components and 4 strategies; presented in programs and projects, which are cyclically integrated into an administrative process, which allows constant measurement and evaluation through compliance with indicators that contribute to the development of community tourism on the coast of Manabí.
