Izvleček: | The present work was carried out in 2017 and it arises from the necessity to show society the benefits of the career of computing to the ESPAM MFL has given to it during the last five years. For this, the main objective was to analyze the computational systems developed by the students of the computer science career in the last five years based on operability and economic quantification. In this process, the market research methodology was used, which for the specific case was directed to the institutions of zone 4, administratively determined by the National Secretariat of Planning and Development SENPLADES of the country. A questionnaire was used directed to the institutions, with the purpose of observing the current operation of the systems developed by the students of the career. These data were analyzed in Microsoft Excel and, among the results that were obtained is that the career has made 153 systems, of which 24% has been installed and remain operative, this has represented the students an approximate investment of $ 1,645,826.80 of work according to the model of COSYSMO, which given the data limitations was obtained through the approximate calculation of the development time of the system and other metrics that the application analyzes. Therefore it can be inferred that the benefit to the community has been the aforementioned value. |
