Etiketle | Özet: | The research aimed to determine the feasibility study by the construction of a food court in the city of Sock. To carry out this study, we developed a methodological procedure set out in phases, stages and methods used in the same, through techniques and tools. The results of the feasibility study design allowed a food court with seating for 24 that aim to satisfy local demand of 280 people which is the physical capacity that can accommodate local, in a physical area of 8000 m2 and each local an area of 15 square meters. The construction of a food court in the city of Sock, allow improved food service offered, to incorporate the concept of community acquisition of a variety of dishes from a single location. This project will benefit the residents of this city and will increase job opportunities for residents of the sector.
