Add Tag | Summary: | The main objective of this research work was to diagnose the management of products in the Hacienda "Mi Violetita", to contribute to the improvement of their capacity and economic income, in the canton of Tosagua, province of Manabí. For its realization three methodological phases were developed, the first consistency in the characterization of the initial situation by means of three evaluation instruments; the interview applied to the owner of the farm, the survey applied to the employees and the observation form executed in the object of study. In the second, the factors that affect the management of the farm will be analyzed, in which a SWOT analysis, a Matrix of Internal Factors Evaluation and a Matrix of Evaluation of External Factors will be carried out. To take into account the third specific objective of this research, plan an improvement plan using the matrix 5w + h1, for which seven strategies will be developed in conjunction with the proposal of all the elements necessary for its execution. The diagnosis of the productive management of the hacienda has resulted in the initial situation presented by the charity of basic elements and of utmost importance for an efficient and productive management. |
