Achoimre:The evaluation of the administrative management of the EMAPA-PED of the Pedernales canton, which highlighted the objective of identifying processes in administrative management and using tools to evaluate the quality of the service to essentially know the perspective or opinion of the users, For this, an interview model was executed with open questions to the director of the institution that facilitated the identification of the processes derived in each area. In addition, an evaluation of the administrative management was carried out, achieving knowledge of the quality in the provision of service to the community, of the dimensions that make up said model; tangible elements, reliability, empathy, responsiveness and security. From this, the results were shown through statistical graphs to have a greater vision and understanding of what was collected and investigated for a better understanding, which helped to recognize the limited time of attention to the user, scarce economic resources, among other shortcomings detected. throughout the application of said evaluation instruments. Finally, based on the problems detected, strategies were designed to improve them, through the structure of an improvement plan in order to provide a better service to the population in general.
