Description
Summary:The objective of the degree work is to develop an evaluation algorithm applied in robotic process automation platforms to unstable websites, to facilitate the selection of an efficient platform according to the needs. To comply with the development of the same, the used deductive method allowed the identification and definition of the process automation platforms to be evaluated; subsequently, the coding and testing phases of the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology were used, in the coding phase the algorithm was developed and, in the testing, phase its execution was validated in each of the RPA selected platforms (Robotic Process Automation). Finally, the Gartner evaluation metric was established, which provided characteristics that allowed a more detailed compression of the platforms, thus allowing the selection of any of these according to the needs required by the organization. As a result, it was obtained that the platform with the best performance is IRPA (Intelligent Robotic Process Automation) with the highest score based on accessibility, use of resources and time when performing automation.
