| description | The objective of the degree work is to develop an evaluation algorithm applied in robotic process automation platforms to unstable websites, to facilitate the selection of an efficient platform according to the needs. To comply with the development of the same, the used deductive method allowed the identification and definition of the process automation platforms to be evaluated; subsequently, the coding and testing phases of the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology were used, in the coding phase the algorithm was developed and, in the testing, phase its execution was validated in each of the RPA selected platforms (Robotic Process Automation). Finally, the Gartner evaluation metric was established, which provided characteristics that allowed a more detailed compression of the platforms, thus allowing the selection of any of these according to the needs required by the organization. As a result, it was obtained that the platform with the best performance is IRPA (Intelligent Robotic Process Automation) with the highest score based on accessibility, use of resources and time when performing automation. |

Para cumplir con el desarrollo del mismo se empleó el método deductivo que permitió identificar y definir las plataformas de automatización de procesos a evaluar; posteriormente, se emplearon las fases de codificación y pruebas de la metodología XP (Extreme Programming), en la fase de codificación se desarrolló el algoritmo y en la fase de pruebas se validó la ejecución del mismo en cada una de las plataformas RPA (Robotic Process Automation) seleccionadas. Finalmente, se estableció la métrica de evaluación de Gartner que proporcionó características que permitieron una compresión con mayor detalle de las plataformas permitiendo así la selección de alguna de estas de acuerdo a las necesidades que requiera la organización.
