Efecto de periodos de almacenamiento y temperatura en la incubabilidad de huevos fértiles Cobb 500 en la UDIV planta de incubación ESPAM-MFL

Shrnutí: | Two storage periods and three temperatures were evaluated on the incubation parameters of fertile Cobb 500 eggs. A DCA (Completely randomized design) was applied with a 2x3 factorial arrangement, where the factors under study were: Factor A: storage periods of 7 and 14 days and factor B: storage temperatures 16, 18 and 20 ° C, the following treatments were established: T1 = 7 days at 16 ° C, T2 = 7 days at 18 ° C, T3 = 7 days at 20 ° C , T4 = 14 days at 16 ° C, T5 = 14 days at 18 ° C and T6 = 14 days at 20 ° C. The variables evaluated infertility, fertility, contaminated eggs, embryonic mortality MET (Early Embryonic Death), MEI (Intermediate Embryonic Death), META (Late Embryonic Death), egg weight loss, percentages of first, second-rate chickens and weight of the chick relative to egg weight. The highest results for embryonic mortality were: MET 17.79% for T6; MEI 4.13% for T6 and META 5.16% for T5, the lowest egg weight loss was 8.68% for T4, first and second chick productivity, the highest results were 79 , 12% for T1 and 19.84 for T6, and the performance of chick weight in relation to egg weight was higher for T5 with 76.08. It is concluded that the period of time and the storage temperature influence the hatchability and weight parameters of the BB chicks at birth. |
