Zusammenfassung:Social management implies the active participation of various interest groups in search of sustainable, fair and equitable development, which generates as a result an improvement in the quality of life of the beneficiary groups. In this context, the research was developed with the objective of evaluating the social management of the Association of Agricultural Producers La Montañita de Junín to determine its influence on the quality of life of its associates; for which three methodological phases were executed: the first stage included a diagnosis of the current state of social management and quality of life, using survey and interview techniques, whose dimensions were validated by the Delphi method, and their responses. they were subjected to a reliability test through Cronbach's Alpha 0.977; in the second phase, the correlations of the variables and their dimensions were established using the Spearman Test; In the third stage, the proposal for an action plan was prepared using the 5w+2h matrix, whose guidelines focused on solving the problem identified in the Ishikawa diagram, prioritizing the most relevant causes through the Pareto diagram. The results indicate that the association lacks a planned social management that allows it to effectively execute the management processes, in addition, it has not defined the parameters for a timely organization, direction and control. It is concluded that the social management of the association is strongly and positively correlated with the quality of life of the producers, at a value of 0.988.
