Résumé:Interpersonal relationships are those that are maintained with others through socialization and interaction; mutual exchange of feelings. Organizational culture is a series of rules that people have within an explicit organization, and manifests the characteristic features assimilated from the group style. The main objective of this research is to determine the incidence of interpersonal relationships and the organizational climate in the public servants of the Municipal GAD in Pedernales canton, for the improvement plan proposal. The research methods were inductive, deductive and analytical. The techniques that were applied were observation, survey and interview in the Municipal GAD in Pedernales canton. The population of the present investigation is made up of 357 people who carry out their work activities in the Municipal GAD in Pedernales canton, Manabí Province, supporting the identification of the incidence that interpersonal relationships have in the organizational climate. The techniques that were developed were field research, and bibliography. In this research work, it is concluded thanks to the tools used that the physical conditions in the workplace in Pedernales Municipal GAD must be developed, the interpersonal relationship within it, the training of staff to correctly perform their duties and finally high rewards for the fulfillment of established goals, all these factors that influence the interpersonal relationship and the organizational climate. This is why an improvement plan was designed with their respective activities to be developed.
