Were diagnosed pig herd processes on the basis of the ISO 9001:2008, where it was determined a total misalignment to the procedures of this standard and guideline to the proposal design of a process management system for the unit. With the participation of the staff identified the activities of each of the processes that were classified in reproduction, nutrition, drug management, procurement of inputs-materials and environmental management. Finally developed a manual of design of the system of management by processes of management of the pig herd of pigs to improve the activities of the unit, at the same time the proposal represented graphically through Microsoft Visio, which seek to achieve standards of quality that the pig herd and the career of livestock to an international certification. |

Se procedió a efectuar un análisis situacional interno analizando las actividades que se realizaron en las instalaciones. Se diagnosticaron los procesos del hato porcino a partir de la ISO 9001:2008, donde se determinó una total desalineación a los procedimientos de esta norma y dando pauta a la propuesta diseño de un sistema de gestión por procesos para la unidad. Con la participación del personal se identificaron las actividades de cada uno de los procesos que fueron clasificados en reproducción, alimentación, manejo de fármacos, adquisición de insumos–materiales y manejo ambiental.
