Propuesta de una herramienta para mejorar tiempos de ejecución en los procesos de la gestión técnica del centro zonal Chone (Senagua).

The research aimed to provide a tool to reduce the execution times of processes at (Senagua) for compliance it was necessary to apply individual strategies for each of the planned activities: the deductive method with legal, administrative, operational and management Water Secretariat establishing its local institutional structure aspects were reviewed, comprehensive reading and interviews with public servants was carried out to obtain the best management practices and reallocate securities under the weight of importance to the products, plus the stopwatch method in measuring the execution time was used, which was based on the benefits in terms of ease to determine the duration of periods of embodiment as influenced by the environment, equipment, skills of human talent, and the path of the process in the facilities of the organization. As a result it was possible to diagnose the current situation of the study area, processes products rose and plotted using flowcharts, measuring execution time was performed using the method described above in order to obtain the optimal time that each server must have, tasking actions that would improve the results refers to the diagnosis and analysis of the proposition down time that finally was socialize with officials the purpose of this thesis.
