In which the application of the same surveys that were designed and applied with the purpose of obtaining statistical data about the incidence of teleworking in work performance was used as an object of study, after that, in the same way, the conducting the interview which was applied to the manager of the public institution, which allowed the collection of qualitative data in reference to the application and the incidence of teleworking in the public servants of said institution. To identify the shortcomings, the surveys were applied to 111 people, which resulted in the fact that teleworking is not a suitable modality to meet the needs of users and that the care provided by public servants is not adequate. Therefore, favorable improvement plans were proposed for the institution and therefore the expectations of those who make use of the services provided by the public company CNT EP can be met. |

En la cual se utilizó como objeto de estudio la aplicación de las encuestas mismas que fueron diseñadas y aplicadas con la finalidad de obtener datos estadísticos acerca de la incidencia del teletrabajo en el desempeño laboral, posterior a ello, de la misma forma se optó por la realización de la entrevista la cual fue aplicada al gerente de la institución pública, misma que permitió recopilar datos cualitativos en referencia a la aplicación y la incidencia del teletrabajo en los servidores públicos de dicha institución.
