Factibilidad de una planta envasadora de agua de coco (Coccus nucifera) con adición de alcohol, en el cantón Rocafuerte-Manabí.

The main objective of this study was to determine the feasibility of installing a water bottling plant coconut (Coccus nucifera), with the addition of alcohol in the canton Rocafuerte - Manabí. For this purpose we developed a market research aimed at the population of the cantons of Manta and Portoviejo which obtained an acceptance of 56%, with a demand of 67.175 L / month. The technical study determined the ability of the machinery that is 52.8 Liter /hour, also established the optimum plant size recital 216 m2 in total, as well as the capacity and the availability and cost of raw materials which $ 0.57 sold the unit. To determine the feasibility of the project is estimated Net Present Value (NPV), which was $ 411.048,17 Internal rate of return (IRR) with 37% and the Recovery Period Investment (PRI) will be 4 years. Similarly, it is determined by the amount Leopold matrix of environmental impacts the project presented was obtained 31 positive and 11 negative impacts. Matrix evaluation showed that the project is feasible as they are within the allowable limit environmental impact.
