| Riassunto: | The research aimed to evaluate the performance of the variables of organizational behavior through the implementation of the administration for projects in the Lacycon marketer of dairy products. For this established four methodological phases, in the first phase was developed a list of variables of organizational behavior and chose a group of experts who selected the variables with the highest influence by means of Kendall for later evaluation. In the second phase, set forth the tasks, resources, time and costs for the administration for projects in the evaluation of the variables of organizational behavior. In the third phase will design the project evaluation by the program Microsoft Project to follow up the development of the plans, allocation of resources, tasks, materials, costs and the programming of each activity. In the fourth phase identified the instrument which made it possible to measure the performance of the variables, in addition to the analysis and statistical processing of the information obtained. On the basis of the problems found are proposed strategies for improvements to strengthen the variables in the company. The results of the present study allowed to determine that the motivation, leadership and job growth were the best scored with 92, 90 and 90%, respectively, while those of lower scores were 89% communication, working conditions 88%, 88% work in team and satisfaction in the remuneration with the 84%, with these data it was determined that all variables reach a satisfactory standard. |
